PROFILE : BUDIMAN JAAFAR @ BJ (LICENCE & HALAL CONSULTANT)
Born in 1970 in the state of Melaka, Budiman Jaafar is a Islamic Food Research Centre (IFRC) Halal Inspector for Malaysia and Asia Region. He is also certified Food Handler Trainer for Ministry Of Health Malaysia. He is holding Bachelor In Applied Sciences from Universiti Sains Malaysia. He joined a few private company in Sales and Marketing Department. He was one of the top sales person in Rentokil Pest Control Malaysia from 1995 to 2000 and won many awards such as Asia Sales Achiever and Million Dollar Producer. During the time he secured a few big contract which included FI Circuit Sepang, KLIA and New Prime Minister Office in Putrajaya.
PROFILE : HJ. ABDULLAH FAHIM A. RAHMAN AMN (HALAL CONSULTANT)
Born in 1948 in the state of Kelantan, Hj. Abdullah Fahim is a former JAKIM Research Director who was also incharge of Halal Certification of Malaysia from 1993 to 1998. He is holding Bachelor and Master degree in Islamic Studies from National University of Malaysia. He joined the government service in 1975 as research officer with JAKIM in the Prime Minister Department. He was promoted as Senior Assistant Director of research in 1984. In 1987, he joined a team of Malaysian senior government officers for a one-month study tour in USA sponsored by United State Information Service for a closer look about Islam in USA.

We have alliance consultants. They are very experienced food safety auditor and had gained a lot exposure during their years of service in the respective company. Besides internal auditing many of them performs food safety audits on the company vendors and suppliers. The have vast experience in advanced food safety systems such as:
- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Hazard Analytical Critical Control Points (HACCP)
- Food Safety Management System (ISO 22000:2005)
They are also certified Food Handler Trainer for Ministry Of Health Malaysia and a member of the company’s HALAL and Safety & Health Committee. Other related professional courses they had attended includes the Train the Trainer-Rekindling Creative Energy, Managing Change Effectively- An evolutionary approach to workplace transformation and Project Management.
